POP LUX Terms & Conditions

Returns:

All sales are final, so please ensure that you are ready to order before paying, as we will not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Damages:

POP LUX does not take responsibility for damage incurred to an item during shipping and/or due to negligence of the buyer. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs of the package being delivered at madi@pop-lux.com, and we will do what we can to make it right.

Incorrect Item Received:

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, please email madi@pop-lux.com and we will make it right! In this email, please include: proof of your order, a picture of the item(s) that you received, and information about the item(s) that you expected to receive but did not.

Package Never Arrived:

To avoid your package shipping to the incorrect address or being returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please include your full address, including the number of your apt/unit/PO box.

POP LUX is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the buyer. In order to resend your package, extra payment must be provided to cover shipping costs. Please email madi@pop-lux.com to discuss terms.

If you have listed the incorrect address on your order, please contact madi@pop-lux.com immediately to get the issue resolved, and include your order details.

POP LUX is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries of any kind that may be incurred by our products. Nevertheless, we want to take care of our customers, so if anything of this nature occurs, please inform us so we can take precautions in the future.

Shipping:

Your package should arrive within 2 weeks of ordering or less. Please refer to your tracking number to see the estimated arrival date. Flat rate shipping is $5.50 then .25cents for each item for shipping.
